The Street Art of City Walk
When City Walk opened back in 2016 there was something pretty cool about it, not least of all the street art. Seems Meraas has been somewhat of an urban art advocate which is quite refreshing to see. To help facilitate this the Dubai Walls initiative was created to promote street art in the Middle East.
In its inaugural project in March 2016, Dubai Walls invited 16 renowned street artists representing five continents to unveil their signature style of work at CITY WALK in Dubai.
Artists included: Blek le Rat, D*Face, Eelus, Eine, Etam Cru, Icy and Sot, Magda Sayeg, Nick Walker, Roa, Ron English, Rone, Slinkachu, The London Police, Vhils, Aiko.
