A Wagamama Quickstop

While I don’t really go out of my way to frequent chain restaurants, I have to admit the Wagamama dining concept is a good one.

The no fuss, communal bench-style seating when combined with solid hearty dishes and hops is a sure fire way to spend a hour or so mid week.

Ostensibly Japanese style cuisine, the noodle and rice dishes are pretty authentic to what you would find in an underground Tokyo Train Station. Warming Katsu Curries, bowls of Ramen and a good old Chicken Teriyaki never did anyone any harm and when served with nicely salted Edamame and an ice cold Asahi, you really can't go wrong!
