Maker & Monger is the brainchild of proprietor Anthony Femia, who aside from being a good guy and a well traveled cheesentrepreneur, he's also a highly passionate and award winning maker and maturer of cheese.
Anonthy's Chariot of Cheese offers a range of amazing artisanal items that are best showcased in one of the many grilled cheese sandwiches neatly stacked behind the glass of the cart, just dying to be consumed.
All of the sandwiches feature local produce from the bead to the butter and the vegetables, mostly sourced from the market. Some of the signature offerings include traditional Swiss raclette over heritage potatoes & shiitake mushrooms, Australia's first & only Flaming Reuben with Cape Grim Brisket and their famous Southern-Style Pimento & Cayenne Grilled Cheese Sandwich. This was one heck of a sandy!
