Morning Vibes at Steel
There can’t be that many places in the city that you can venture off to and find great coffee and roaming ducks but nestled away in Al Quoz there is just such a place that goes by the name of Steel Burger.
While we didn’t head on over at 9am for a burger, we did enjoy a lovely breakfast trying the Shashuka (AED 54) and poached eggs in the form of the Croissant Benedict (AED 56). The clear stand out was the Benedcit which was zesty and fresh with its layer of guacamole and the beef bacon done just right. It was an absolute pleasure to eat on a wintery looking morning. That doesn’t mean that the Shashuka wasn’t good, it was quite lovely just lacking a little oomph for my tastes.
In all, it was a great little trip to the park and the added bonus aside from the duck is that you can walk it all off by taking a lap around the pond.
